We want all of our customers to be pleased with their purchases, if for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can cancel your order under European Union Long Distance Selling Act within 28 days of receiving your order.If you would like to cancel your order, contact us and send the goods back in the same condition as we sent them to you and return this by post.

 

Once the 28 days have passed, and until 45 days;  we will not offer refunds on unwanted footwear, but we will gladly exchange for another pair for the same value.

 

Please remember that the customer is entitled to cover cost of postage and packaging unless the shoes are faulty or we have sent the incorrect item. The Postage charge can be paid through an e-invoice which we will send you once you have contacted us.

When returning items to us:

  • the item must be in the same packaging
  • must be returned and marked clearly to:  4Feet Internet Department, 280 Hackney Road, London, E2 7SJ.

Customer must ensure that they have proof of postage as they are responsible of the item until it arrives.
