These are the only term & conditions which 4Feetshoes® agree to contract and no other term and condition or alteration of any nature are valid unless otherwise stated. This contract is formed once payment is accepted by us or our co-partners. These terms and conditions are for the benefit of our web based customers only and do not affect customers purchasing product from the high street outlets. PRICE
All prices are subject to VAT at the current U.K rate and are included in the price.
PAYMENT TYPES
We accept all major credit and debit cards through our PayPal. We will take payment as soon as the order is processed through PayPal.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Unfortunately we cannot change the address of delivery other than the one which is supplied to us through PayPal. This is solely for the security of the customer.

STOCK AVAIABILITY
The confirmation email you receive is a confirmation we have received you order and not a guarantee of stock availability. If we are unable to fulfil your order, you will be contacted within 2-3 working days.
SIZES
All the sizes are shown in U.K or European sizes, there is a size breakdown to assist you, if however there are any problem regarding your size or size availability you can contact us and we can advise you accordingly.
DELIVERY TIMES
We aim to send your orders in 5-6 working days. Unfortunately we only at the moment can deliver to U.K Mainland. Any Oversee customers can contact us and we will assist you.
DELIVERY CHARGES
Each item has a specific price, this is to benefit customer with small boxes.
HOW ARE YOUR ITEMS DELIVERED
Your items are sent by either Royal Mail Special Delivery or our private carrier. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
*If you receive an item(s) which either are unsuitable or do not fit you may return these for either a replacement or an exchange The item must be returned in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt to the following address:

Please fill in on paper your name address and either the size colour that you require, and please note that we are unable to refund on any postage and packaging. We are only able to refund in the same method as used to purchase the relevant item. Please also note that you are responsible for all item(s) returned to us at our Mail order department, item(s) which are either lost or damaged during transmit cannot be compensated. When you return good which either marked or damaged due to lack of care, we reserve the right to compensate you in full. In case or returning postal goods, the item(s) we remain will us until you either accept to pay for the item(s) to be returned to you or accept compensation of less than 100% for the current value of the goods. The amount compensated will be negotiated with regards to the amount of damaged caused; this is unlikely to be more than 70% of the value.
Please note that if you change your mind or do not want the purchase that you have made, you can return the item to use, however we cannot refund on any postage costs incurred, where the item has a promotional free postage, offer we will deduct £3.50 as standard per pair for postage and packaging.

Faulty Item(s)
All faulty items must be sent with a copy of the receipt and the return form fully filled in which is supplied via email. When we accept the item(s) as faulty we will refund the full amount including the postage cost incurred by the sending the item(s).Also as a gesture of good will if you require an exchange we will post the item(s) back free of charge. Whereby we disagree on the fault of the product, we will let you know of our decision. If you however disagree with our decision, you have the right to forward the item(s) to arbitration, which will test and examine the item(s). If the decision made we will refund the full amount together with your £20 examination fee. If however they not find it in your favour you will lose the examination fee and any other postage fee incurred. Please note that the minimum fee for testing a product for a fault is £40, of which £20 is payable by the customer, you must supply the following:

A small report outlining the fault.
Please note that as we use Royal mail special delivery, they will require a signature on receipt of the item, in case you cannot collect the item, Royal mail will keep the item for 7days before returning the item to us. In the event that the item is returned to us, if you require us to re-deliver this we will require a payment towards the delivery of the item.
