These are the only term & conditions which 4Feetshoes ® agree to contract and no other term and condition or alteration of any nature are valid unless otherwise stated. This contract is formed once payment is accepted by us or our co-partners. These terms and conditions are for the benefit of our web based customers only and do not affect customers purchasing product from the high street outlets. All pictures and other information supplied on this web site are for the sole use of our customers in terms of information and shall not be deemed to form the basis of this contract. We are not liable for damages, loss, cost or any other damages if the goods are resold in or outside the United Kingdom.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods, Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, Mastercard and Maestro Online transaction via sagepay secure server. All credit / debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and / or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder.

The web price includes VAT at 20% . To calculate the tax free value of the goods divide the price shown by 1.2.

Delivery Time

We aim to send your orders in 5-6 working days, each order will have an estimated delivery date, some orders may arrive sooner or later than the delivery date quoted, customers whom would like a more accurate delivery timetable should contact customer services directly regarding their order. International may and some time do take a little longer and delivery dates are between 5-9 days. 

Delivery Charges

Each item has a specific price, this is to benefit customer with small boxes.

How are you items Delivered?

Your items are sent by Interlink Express, DPD, Royal Mail or Other specified delivery service, for International item we use Royal Mail Special Delivery. On receipt of the goods a signature will be required.

International orders can be tracked using the Royal Mail tracking facility.

Returns and exchanges

If you receive an item(s) which either are unsuitable or do not fit you may return these for either a replacement or an exchange The item must be returned in the original packaging within 28 days of purchase with a copy of your receipt to the following address:

Unwated Items

Please note that if you change your mind or do not want the purchase that you have made, you can return the item to use, however we cannot refund on any postage costs incurred, where the item has a promotional free postage, offer we will deduct £3.49 as standard per pair for postage and packaging

Incorrect Size/Colour

If the item that you have purchased is the incorrect colour of size you can send the item back to us for a replacement, however there is a restocking and reposting fee of £3.89 for small items and £5.89 for larger item, we will inform you of fee applicable.

If however we sent the incorrect size or colour, we will replace the item with the correct size or colour for free, please be aware we will not be held liable for customer ordering the wrong sizes or converting the sizes incorrectly, if in any doubt customers are advised to contact customer service.

Products, prices and content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible those of the actual product due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) * and are inclusive of UK VAT * at the current rate unless clearly stated.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our web site(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

Ownership of goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of 4Feetshoes until full payment is made by the customer.
